Platform is 20"W x 12"D allowing for plenty of space for you to rest. The Shift footrest is infinitely adjustable to suit individual user heights and preferences, ranging from 3 ½" to 16"H with cam lock settings. Great for use alongside standing workstations in offices, home offices, industrial settings or warehouses to help reduce foot fatigue from standing. For proper use, ensure to place feet in the middle of the footrest and not near the top.
